TYPE OF PENCIL LEAD
All our pencils are first quality with standard #2 lead.
Our pencils can be used for standardized school tests.

ASSORTED COLORS
Assorted Colors are chosen by the factory.
The assortment includes 3-4 different colors, usually all dark colors.
We recommend gold, white, or silver imprint on assorted colors.

IMPRINT TEXT
We recommend all text be printed in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Lowercase letters may look uneven or distorted on some products, especially golf pencils.
Should you choose to use lowercase letters, we cannot guarantee your complete satisfation.
All Hexagon pencils are printed with 10 Point Helvetica font.
Special Font & Logo Printing are available on Round pencils. Please call for pricing.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS
If there is a problem with your order,
call Customer Service at 1-800-WRITE-ON
You must call for authorization before returning any products.
Authorized returns to be shipped at customer expense.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of product.
Colors/patterns may vary without notice, based on factory availability.
Regrettably, we cannot accept custom-printed returns due to color/pattern variations.
Orders may be cancelled within one business day.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after pencils have been custom printed.
Write-On Pencils is not responsible for misspellings due to customer error.
Factory Seconds are non-returnable, non-refundable.
Write-On Pencils is not responsible for carrier or customer error resulting in lost, misdirected, or delayed packages.
Write-On Pencils is not responsible for missing/stolen packages left by any carrier at an unsecured location.
